Delivery & Installation Process (Shipping Policy)

American Metal Buildings works with multiple manufacturing partners across the country. We qualify our manufacturing partners on strict performance grades, their ability to take care of our customers, and their work ethics. Your orders are thoroughly evaluated by our building specialists and then by our customer service agents. We then communicate these orders through our state-of-the-art communication tools to the scheduling department of the partner manufacturer that we select for you.

The manufacturer’s scheduling department will discuss payment upon delivery and any additional fees you may accrue due to an unprepared lot or one that is not level. Our installation sub-contractors drive a truck pulling a 30-36-foot trailer, which means manoeuvring into small, narrow, or steep driveways may not be possible.

The installation crew will confirm the order with you, then get to work installing your building/carport. Depending on the steel structure, installation takes between one hour to two-three days.

We request you to have the payment ready prior to the crew arriving. Our partner manufacturers accept money orders and cashier’s checks made out to our manufacturers. The installation crew will convey the name of the manufacturer. Our partner manufacturers also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
